1. What is HKJC Priority Programme?

- The HKJC Priority Programme ("Priority Programme") is a privilege programme available for participation by selected Customers by specific invitation of the Club. Selected Customers ("Customers") will each be issued with The HKJC Priority Card ("Priority Card") and be able to use and enjoy privileges applicable to the relevant tier of the Priority Programme during the 2017 - 2018 racing season ("Applicable Racing Season(s)") as detailed in an invitation letter issued by the Club.

 

The Priority Programme has 4 different tiers - Red, Silver, Gold and Black. Each tier offers different rights, benefits and privileges applicable to the Customers of the relevant tier.- After being invited to join Priority Programme, Customers are entitled to enjoy all the current privileges applicable to the relevant tier of the Priority Card. The accumulation of points in the current season will determine if the Customer will be invited in the following season and the privilege tier applicable to the Customer.

The ways to accumulate points in Priority Programme:
• Frequency of your participation in racing and football through your betting account
• Amount of your participation in racing and football through your betting account
• Frequency of your visits to racecourse facilities during race meetings
• Opening of an HKJC betting account and the length of time you have been using it
• Shopping at designated Racecourse "Gift at Races". (Once per race meeting, regardless of the number and amount of purchase)

2. Who is eligible to join HKJC Priority Programme?
- In order to reward customers for their support, HKJC Priority Programme invites selected betting account customers to enjoy a host of customized betting services, racecourse privileges and premium customer services. Eligibility criteria for HKJC Priority Programme including the number of years the betting account has been used, the activeness of participation in racing and football through the betting account and the frequency of participation in HKJC-related activities will be taken into account.

3. Can HKJC Priority Programme
Customers be upgraded to higher tiers?

- Yes. HKJC computer system maintains Priority Customers' usage records of The Hong Kong Jockey Club services. During each season, if Customers reach the accumulated point requirement for the next tier, they will be upgraded to that level and enjoy more premium service. Customers accumulate Priority Points during applicable period in 2017/18 racing season will be used to qualify for the tiers in 2018/19 racing season.

The Priority Cards of the new tier will be issued to the Customers who are entitled to an upgrade with sufficient points in the following month. If the upgrade is on or after 30th April 2018, the new card will be sent to the customer's registered valid Hong Kong address by mail in September 2018. However, the Customer can still enjoy the additional Priority Coins and corresponding upgraded Priority Privileges
 

4. What are Priority Rewards Programme and Priority Coins? How do I earn Priority Coins?
- To thank Customers for their support, HKJC Priority Programme has introduced Priority Rewards Programme, with an array of gifts and privileges from a wide range of merchants. Customers can spend Priority Coins anytime to redeem their favorite Rewards items.

Priority Coins are offered according to Customers' tier before the start of each season.

5. How do I join the Priority Rewards Programme?
- Priority Customers are automatically enrolled in the Priority Rewards Programme.

6. How long are Priority Coins valid?
- Priority Coins for the current season are valid till 31 August 2018.

7. Can Priority Coins be exchanged for cash?
- No. Priority Coins cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Can Priority Coins and/or Priority Points be transferred to other accounts?
- No. Priority Coins and/or Priority Points cannot be transferred to other accounts.

9. How can I earn more Priority Coins?
- Priority Coins are issued according to Customer tiers before the start of each season. Customers will be awarded more Priority Coins if the accumulated Priority Points reached the requirement of next tier. Additional Priority Coins will be credited to the Customer's account in the following month automatically.

10. How can I redeem Priority Rewards? When will I receive my Priority Rewards?

- Priority Customers can login to the HKJC Priority website www.hkjcpriority.com to redeem rewards. Please find below the steps:

Enter your login ID and password, and press "LOG IN" -> Select reward to check the respective "How to Redeem" and "Terms & Conditions" and choose delivery method and location, then press "Redeem" -> In the page of "Selected Gift Items", enter the quantity and press "Submit", if other rewards are required, please press "Back" to select and press "Submit" when all rewards are chosen. -> After submitted, please check the details and press “Confirm” to redeem the rewards.

The redemption letter will be sent to Priority Customer's registered valid Hong Kong address by mail within 7 working days after the Priority Coin(s) is/are successfully deducted from Customer's account. The actual time taken is subject to the postal service and mailing location. Please redeem the rewards at the selected location. Please print and save the rewards redemption record for reference.

Priority Customer can also redeem the rewards by submitting the completed redemption form by fax, by email or by mail.
 
11. How can I get a Priority Rewards P
rogramme reward catalogue?
- A Priority Rewards Programme reward catalogue will be sent to every Priority Customers by mail before start of the season. Customers may also view the latest reward catalogue at this website.

12. Is the Priority Rewards
Programme reward catalogue regularly updated?

- Yes. The Priority Rewards Programme reward catalogue is updated from time to time. New rewards and privileges are made available from a variety of merchants to offer more reward choices to Priority Customers.


13. Why the item that I saw in the Priority Rewards Programme reward catalogue is now listed as out-of-stock online?

- Items in the Priority Rewards Programme reward catalogue are all specially selected items which
are available while stock lasts. New items will be added to the catalogue throughout the season. Please check out our website for the latest rewards.

14. How can I check my Priority Coins / Priority Points?
- Priority Customers can simply enter their Web User Name or Betting Account Number and Web Password
at www.hkjcpriority.com to check the latest Priority Coins and Priority Points balance. Priority Points will be updated on every 6th, 13th, 20th and end of the month.

15. What can I do if I forget my password?
- Priority Customers may contact our Customer Care hotline at 1818 to reset the password.

16. How often is the online statement updated?
- Priority Customers' online statement will be updated once a month.

17. Can I book racecourse venues on this website?
- Priority website 
www.hkjcpriority.com only provides venues informatoin. Priority Customers can book the venues through our telephone hotlines: 1818 (Priority Customers), 1815 (Owners), 1814 (Members), 2966-8232 (Racing Club Members).

18. Why I cannot see the content of this page? 

- The site supports browsers including Internet Explorer 10.0 / 11.0/ Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari 10.0. Should you have any enquiry about the supporting browsers, you could press  here and press "Instant Checking on Your Browser Setting" to check your browser properties and solutions.

19. Can I pick up my Racecourse Dining Coupon at any of the Off Course Betting Branches or Racecourse by showing my redemption letter?
-The Racecourse Dining Coupon will be sent to Priority Customers' registered valid Hong Kong address within 10 working days after Priority Coins are successfully deducted from their account. The actual time taken is subject to the postal service and mailing location.

 

20. Which outlets at the Racecourse I can use the Racecourse Dining Coupon redeemed by Priority Coins?
- The terms and conditions and the eligible outlets information are shown on the back side of the Racecourse Dining Coupons.

22. Can I use my Gift at Races" cash coupons at The Hong Kong Jockey Club Membership Services Centre or Happy Valley Clubhouse?
- No. The "Gift at Races" cash coupons can only be used at Sha Tin or Happy Vally "Gift at Races" and designated off-course betting branches with details below.

- Yes, you can enjoy both the "
Gift at Races" cash coupon and discount in "Gift at Races" at the same time. Please refer to the terms and conditions stated on the back side of the cash coupon.

24. Will I receive any redemption letter after I successfully redeemed the gift through 1818 hotline?
- Redemption thro
ugh hotline has been suspended. Priority Customers can redeem on HKJC Priority website www.hkjcpriority.com or send us the completed The HKJC Priority Programme 2017/18 Rewards Redemption Form through the channels stated on the form.

25. How can I return the HKJC Priority Programme 2017/18 Rewards Redemption form?

- Priority Customers can send the completed redemption form to "Customer Care, The Hong Kong Jockey Club, Shatin Communications & Technology Centre, Shatin Racecourse, New Territories" by mail or fax to 3162-3323 or email to customer.care@hkjc.org.hk.To avoid delay and repeat application, please submit once per reward.

26. Where can I find the latest information for HKJC Priority Programme Priority Rewards for 2017/18 season?

27. Can I cancel the redemption request?
- Rewards cancellation is only applicable to the redemption through the HKJC Priority Programme website and the Priority Customers are allowed to cancel the request within 24 hours after the redemption is made.

Redemption by fax, email or mail cannot be changed, cancelled, returned or refunded.

28. Can I submit my HKJC Priority Programme 2017/18 Rewards Redemption Form via different channels to accelerate the redemption?
- Priority Customers may select any method to submit the Rewards Redemption Form. Each form received will be counted as one redemption. Submitting the form via different channels will not accelerate the redemption.

29. Is it required to have the same signature on the HKJC Priority Programme 2017/18 Rewards Redemption Form as my betting account?
- Yes, in order to avoid unauthorized redemption and protect our Priority Customers, it is required to sign the same signature for verification.

30. Why can't I redeem the rewards through the HKJC Priority website www.hkjcpriority.com?
- Priority Customers have to register as a HKJC online user, and link the website username with their existing betting account before they can start redeem online. To register as a HKJC online user, please login to
www.hkjcpriority.com and select "Register as Web" to process registration. It will take 2 days after successful login to the HKJC online betting account to activate the online redemption function to the Customers.

31. How can I watch horse race in live through the website?
- Priority Customers can now watch the horse race in live through the website by login with their online betting account login name or their betting account number. For selected customers, they are required to register as HKJC online user and link the online betting account login name with their existing betting account before they can enjoy the service.

32. Can I use my betting account number as a login to watch horse race in live through the website?
- No, Priority Customers cannot watch the horse race in live through the website by using the betting account to login the service. Selected customers will have to register as the HKJC online user and link up with their existing online betting account. For further information, please contact 1818 Customer Care.

33. Can the Racing Web Cast show the full screen of the live race?
- Yes, it can.

34. I did not get my Priority card monthly statement, why?
- The Priority card statement will send to your registered valid Hong Kong address in November 2017, February 2018 and May 2018. Meanwhile, e-statement will be broadcast to your registered email address on monthly basis.
